MR6 Tech Services Marks 20 Years of Family-Owned Service

MR6 Tech Services is celebrating 20 years of serving the sheet metal industry, marking a milestone that reflects both steady growth and a continued commitment to personalized customer service. Founded in 2006 by Michael Ralich, the company began as a one-man operation focused on repairing, maintaining, and servicing sheet metal machinery. Over the past two decades, it has grown into a family-owned and operated business that supports manufacturers and metalworkers around the world.

Today, MR6 Tech Services has expanded its capabilities with the opening of its own shop in Lanett, Alabama. In addition to on-site repairs and in-shop service, the company now offers new Schlebach equipment as well as professionally serviced pre-owned machinery. Every machine is carefully inspected, set up, and supported by technicians with extensive hands-on experience.

The company’s growth has remained rooted in family. After successfully operating the business on his own for its first 10 years, Michael was joined by several of his seven children, transforming MR6 into a true family enterprise. Together, the team continues to build the business on the values that have guided it from the beginning: hard work, trust, craftsmanship, and strong customer relationships.

As MR6 Tech Services celebrates its 20th anniversary, the company remains dedicated to helping customers keep their equipment—and their businesses—running at full strength through responsive service, technical expertise, and a personal approach that has defined the company since day one.

The Bradbury Group Expands Facilities

The Bradbury Group has expanded its customer service facilities at its Moundridge, Kansas, headquarters to support growth in its engineering and mechanical customer service departments.

The customer service workspace has increased from approximately 1,700 square feet to 3,000 square feet. According to the company, the additional space is intended to improve workflow, communication, and accommodate additional personnel.

“Our service organization currently includes 18 field service engineers supported by an in-house team,” says Jamie Schultz, senior manager of customer service and materials. “These professionals work together to provide technical assistance to customers across the industry.”

Schultz says the expanded facility will allow the company to increase the size of its customer service team by more than 30 percent while adding engineering and technical support personnel. The expansion also includes upgrades to phone support systems and other technology.

“This new space gives us the opportunity to improve how we manage incoming requests and enhance communication,” Schultz says.

According to the company, its customer service staff supports customers with spare parts, service contracts, technical assistance, and equipment support. Bradbury says it has also invested in technology to assist with remote diagnostics and technical troubleshooting.
